It will use your iPhone's number as the caller ID, but the actual call is not utilizing your cell phone in any way.

You can stream FM and AM radio stations by using Skills available such as TuneIn or iHeartRadio.

Can I request any song to play?
Echo Music: WiFi and an Amazon Account is required. It does not have to be a Prime account. The Echo's will default to the free Amazon Music.
